• Unless you are unusually attached to your own clubs, you would be crazy to haul them all the way over the Atlantic. A friend and I rented from Golfgear and our clubs and spikes were waiting at our hotel upon our arrival in Edinburgh. We played two days, and because the weather was iffy on the second day, Stuart offered to extend our rental another day free of charge. Lucky for us the weather held and we enjoyed a fantastic round at North Berwick. The prices that Golfgear charges are half of what you would pay on site at St. Andrews and many other top courses in the area. We traveled by train to the courses from Edinburgh and it was a breeze...plenty of storage space available.
